Due to unidentified health concerns, Dolly Parton’s sister begged fans to offer their prayers for the American country singer, who last week postponed a planned Las Vegas show. The 79-year-old country music icon has informed fans that she needs “a few procedures” to address persistent “health challenges” in order to postpone the December shows.
Freida Parton posted on Facebook, “Last night, I was up all night praying for my sister, Dolly.” “Many of you know she hasn’t been feeling her best lately.” I truly support the influence of prayer, and I have been led to ask all of the world that cherishes her to be prayer warriors and pray with me.
She is loved and strong, and I believe deep down that she will be okay because of all the prayers being sent for her,” she added. Godspeed, Dolly, my sissy. We all adore you. In December, Parton was supposed to play six gigs at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum. However, she said she wouldn’t have enough time to practice for the performances, so she rescheduled them for September of the following year.
