His Majesty The vice president, prime minister, and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, stopped by Dubai International Airport to see the Airbus A350, Emirates’ newest signature aircraft to join the airline’s fleet.

Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council; Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai; and Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, were with him.

Sheikh Mohammed examined the airline’s most recent flagship aircraft type, closely examining its new technologies and design elements as well as the upcoming onboard goods. Sheikh Ahmed also gave him an update on the airline’s A350 network ambitions and how the newest aircraft type will contribute to Emirates’ larger fleet development and network expansion. Additionally, they talked about upcoming product developments that will improve customers’ flying experience, further solidifying Dubai’s and Emirates’ position as industry leaders in terms of traveler experience. His Highness also examined the aircraft’s revolutionary structure, which reduces fuel consumption and has a lesser carbon imprint.
