In the first half of 2024, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) successfully completed 647 amicable real estate settlements valued at over Dhs1.38 billion. 100% of the settlement agreements submitted through the Oqoodi Platform service were approved, allowing real estate settlements to proceed more quickly. This accomplishment has improved the efficiency of handling disagreements and given rise to a secure and trustworthy way to verify and formally record each party’s consent to the terms.
