We recently had the privilege of interviewing Sebastian Knørr, the Founder of Nordic AI and the visionary behind Com2.ai, a human-centric AI platform dedicated to emotional wellness, self-discovery, and conscious connection. With a decade of hands-on experience as a tradesman and entrepreneur, he bridges the gap with the visionary, building AI not to replace humans, but to empower them. The Beginning
We started the interview by asking, “Could you share some background about yourself, including your early life and educational journey?”
Sebastian Knørr shared, “I come from a small mountain village in Norway, where I was raised in a culture that valued humility over ambition. But even as a child, I always stood out—quietly questioning the limits around me.
I spent a decade in the trades, starting as a furniture maker and working my way up through the construction industry. I was proud of the work I did with my hands. Eventually, I founded and scaled my first construction company, but that success came at a personal cost. I experienced burnout, and deep within that difficult season, I stumbled across AI, or maybe it found me.
I realized that AI wasn’t just about automation or efficiency. It could be something profoundly human. It could ask the questions I needed most. That discovery shifted everything. It wasn’t just a career change—it was a calling.”

“I created Nordic AI with the same framework I understood from construction, acting as a general contractor, coordinating specialists and subcontractors to bring bold visions to life. What Makes an Efficient Leader?
To gather Sebastian Knørr’s perspective on becoming an influential leader in his field, we inquired, “In your view, what qualities define a successful leader in your industry?”
Emphasizing leading by doing, Sebastian Knørr mentioned, “A true leader, especially a visionary one, leads from the heart and walks the path first. They don’t delegate what they’re unwilling to do. They only delegate what they cannot do alone, because their role is to guide, not to control.
I believe real leadership flows. Sometimes, the leader pulls the team forward with energy and vision. Other times, the team lifts the leader when the road gets hard. A leader is always listening, observing, feeling, thinking, and acting—not from a place of ego, but from deep human responsibility.
The best leaders I’ve known, and the kind I aspire to be, don’t push people beyond their limits for the sake of growth. They slow down when needed. They create spaces of safety and trust so that long-term transformation can happen without burnout or disconnection. Leadership is not about command—it’s about example. And inspiration moves far more people than instruction ever could.”
Embracing Digital Revolution
As a leader of a tech company, we were interested in understanding how Sebastian Knørr ensures Nordic AI adapts to market dynamics and technological advancements.
“We haven’t adapted—we’re helping define what this next era looks like. As an AI company, we’re often on the front lines of new technology. But I don’t chase trends. I create from within. I believe innovation should come from introspection, not imitation. After all, it’s called innovation, not outovation.
That’s why our focus isn’t on replacing humans, but empowering them. Technology should not disconnect us from ourselves, it should help us reconnect. That’s the philosophy behind Companion: an AI designed to reflect, to ask, and to support, not just to solve. We use technology to invite people into deeper awareness, emotional well-being, and purpose. And we believe this approach can shift how AI is understood—not as a machine, but as a mirror,” Sebastian Knørr reflected.

Addressing the beginners of his field, we asked Sebastian Knørr, “What advice would you offer to someone beginning their career in your field?”
“Believe in yourself, even when the world doesn’t see what you see. If you feel out of place, if you want more for humanity than what you’ve ever seen before, you’re not wrong. You’re right in ways this world may not yet understand.
Follow your purpose, even if the path is unclear. Keep showing up. Keep building. When things feel dark, remember: pain will pass. And yes, even happiness will too. But your purpose—that stays. And know this: you’re not delusional for dreaming big. You’re just early. And the future is waiting for you to walk it home,” Sebastian Knørr shared.
