The actress’s dramatic cosmetic procedures to attain that ideal appearance and their effects following the untimely death of actress Shefali Jariwala are the subject of intense discussion these days. Manushi Chhillar, an actress who will next be seen alongside Rajkummar Rao in “Maalik,” has now expressed her opinion on the subject. In a special interview with IANS, Manushi disclosed that, contrary to common belief, receiving cosmetic surgery is not a recent development; rather, it is a result of advancements in technology. “I come from a medical background, and that’s a huge misconception that it is a recent phenomenon. That is not the case,” Manushi told IANS in an interview.

She believes that having such operations done ought to be a personal decision rather than something that may be coerced. When it comes to cosmetology, it’s a highly individual decision. Although any particular profession does not require it, the former Miss World continued, “If it makes you feel good, you should do it. It’s your personal choice; no one can tell you otherwise, and if you don’t want to do it, no one should force you to.

Following Shefali Jariwala’s passing, a controversy has arisen over the cosmetic procedures actresses undertake. Returning to “Maalik,” the film will also have Prosenjit Chatterjee, Medha Shankr, Huma Qureshi, and Manushi and Rajkummar.
