Interest is Shown in Bangladeshi Businesses at the Global Sourcing Expo in Australia.

A number of companies connected to the Jamuna Group, a well-known Bangladeshi conglomerate, have garnered attention from around the world by participating in the “Global Sourcing Expo-2024,” which was held in Sydney, Australia.

A press release stated that over 100 top apparel companies from over 20 countries and areas took part in the three-day event. The announcement noted that this event offered a venue for buyers, suppliers, and industry experts to unite under one roof for discussions, experience sharing, and product demonstrations to foster innovation.

Companies within the Jamuna Group, such as Hureen HTF Limited, Jamuna Denims, the apparel division, and Jamuna Denims Weaving Limited, showcased a wide range of products at the expo.

“It’s a new experience,” said Sumaiya Rosalin Islam, managing director of Hureen HTF Limited and director of Jamuna Group. We made opportunities and learned more about the Australian market. Furthermore, we drew in foreign buyers and businesses to represent Bangladesh by exhibiting premium products at this expo.

The display of Bangladeshi goods at the Global Sourcing Expo was opened by M. Allama Siddiki, the high commissioner of Bangladesh to Australia, and Marie Kinsella, the CEO of the company that organized the event.
