According to the Air Force’s Telegram report, Russia launched 142 attack and decoy drones in a massive drone strike against Ukraine overnight, causing explosions in Kherson, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro. According to the statement, Ukrainian military shot down 126 drones, while 16 drones hit 10 different areas.

Nine homes, hospital and educational buildings, an administrative building, a petrol station, and other automobiles were destroyed in the southern city of Kherson, which saw at least two fatalities and fourteen injuries, according to local media.

According to the media, at least one person was hurt in Odesa, with Chornomorsk suffering the worst damage. According to District Governor Oleg Kiper’s Telegram post, the Black Sea port city’s energy infrastructure also sustained significant damage, depriving at least 29,000 residents of electricity.

This week, Russia has launched three major attacks on Ukraine, “through which Russia is demonstrating that without pressure from the world, there will be no end to the war,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy explained on Saturday. Zelenskyy also said Moscow’s army is focusing its most considerable efforts on Pokrovsk, Ukraine, where he reported “heavy losses” to Russian soldiers.
