Bait Elowal, which translates to “house,” was visited by the Ruler of Sharjah. The term “Elowal” is a traditional Emirati term for a traveler who has been away from home and returns with tales, mementos, and new tastes from different civilisations. Visitors are welcome to start on a journey through history and cuisine, with a menu inspired by the ancient Silk Road.
