To Commemorate Prince George’s 12th Birthday, a New Picture was Released

To commemorate the little royal’s 12th birthday, Kensington Palace has published a new image of Prince George. George, second in line for the British throne, appears content and at ease in the new photo posted on the palace’s official social media accounts on Tuesday, marking his last birthday before entering his teens.

George, dressed in a brown fleece gilet and a white checkered shirt, is seen posing by a wooden gate in a scene that appears to be rural. He has a friendship bracelet on his left wrist. Happy 12th birthday to Prince George!” is the caption on X, which is followed by a birthday cake emoji.

To celebrate, the Prince and Princess of Wales also posted a little video montage of their three kids. The kids can be seen playing outside and laughing in the Instagram video. It shows George and Charlotte cradling their little sibling at one point.

The prince and his 10-year-old sister, Princess Charlotte, the third-in-line to the throne, attended the Wimbledon men’s finals with their parents just over a week before to George’s birthday celebrations.
