American towns might serve as “training grounds” for the military, according to US President Donald Trump. Trump referred to “civil disturbances” as the “enemy from within” in an uncommon speech to hundreds of military commanders gathered from around the globe. The matter “won’t get out of control once you’re involved,” he continued.
In an effort to combat crime and assist with immigration enforcement, Trump sent National Guard troops to Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and Portland, Oregon. Speaking as well, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced increased “male-level” physical fitness requirements for military officers and declared an end to the Pentagon’s “woke” culture.
The president stated that he would stick to his policy of deploying the military to enforce the law and reiterated his condemnation of Democratic-led cities like San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles.
He said that it would be “a major part for some of the people in this room” and that “we’re going to straighten them out one by one because they’re very unsafe places.” It’s an internal conflict. For the sake of national security, we must maintain control over the actual area of our borders. We must not allow these individuals entry,” he continued. Trump allegedly utilized military forces and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to “invade and disrupt” American cities, according to Illinois Governor JB Pritzker.
