Berhampur: At the Sports Arena in Berhampur, TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) arranged a special fitness programme for its female employees as part of a dynamic initiative to enhance worker health and productivity.
Mr. Amit Kumar Garg, CEO of TPSODL, graced the occasion with his presence and stressed the importance of fitness for both personal and professional well-being. The event, appropriately named “Be Fit, Raise the Bar,” saw enthusiastic participation.
The morning was jam-packed with entertaining events, such as a range of physical workouts and fitness competitions like relay races, all aimed at bringing enjoyment to fitness and emphasising the value of consistent exercise. This programme was designed to inspire female employees to encourage fitness in their families and motivate them to focus on their own health.
