The International Moon Day Conference will take place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in 2025. The week is filled with events that bring together global specialists, businesspeople, legislators, and enthusiasts and visionaries, to talk about the most recent advancements in the area, the potential for space exploration in the future, and the potential effects of space on Earth.

Dr. Salem Bin Abdullah Al Wahshi, the Emirates Council for Work Relations Development CEO, represented the United Arab Emirates at the sessions. The UAE’s hosting was announced during a meeting today that was presided over by Dr.Nasr Al-Sahhaf, Chair of the United Nations International Moon Day.By resolution 54/68 of 6 December 1999, the General Assembly proclaimed World Space Week, to celebrate the contributions of space science and technology to the betterment of the human condition.
