The Royal At Dubai’s Union House, 34 new judges appointed to the Dubai Courts were sworn in by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE’s vice president, prime minister, and ruler of Dubai.
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, as well as Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council, also attended the ceremony.
Sheikh Mohammed wished the new judges luck in carrying out their duties and emphasized how important they are to raising the bar for Dubai’s legal system. Additionally, he emphasized the critical role judges play in preserving the rule of law, promoting justice, and safeguarding society.
His Highness emphasized that in addition to preserving development and prosperity, fairness is essential to preserving social security.
