The actor went on to say that an average Indian should eat at least 75–80 grams of protein per day because the body requires one gram of protein for every kilogram of body weight.
After discussing the amount of protein in an average diet, he said that one whole egg provides roughly 6 grams, fifty grams of sprouts provide approximately 5 grams, one hundred fifty grams of paneer provides approximately 25 grams, and one full scoop of protein powder provides approximately 25 grams.
