By purchasing an extra 23% of Frootle India Private Limited and Wellspire India Private Limited for INR 105.15 Cr and INR 1.05 Cr, respectively, GlobalBees has increased its ownership stake in both companies.
As a result of this investment, GlobalBees’ ownership of both businesses has increased from 51% to 74%.

A division of the recently public kids-focused omnichannel retailer FirstCry, GlobalBees has acquired an additional 23% stake in Frootle India Private Limited and Wellspire India Private Limited for INR 105.15 Cr and INR 1.05 Cr, respectively, in an all-cash transaction.
stated that the group companies have no interest in Frootle India Private Limited or Wellspire India Private Limited other than their shareholding, and that both companies operate at arm’s length.
It is important to note that two companies, Frootle India and Wellspire India, sell appliances for the home and kitchen under the respective brands Frootle and Wellspire.
This occurs concurrently with the announcement made by Brainbees Solutions Limited, the parent company of GlobalBees, that it will invest AED 50 million (INR 114.1 crore) in FirstCry Management DWC LLC, its UAE subsidiary.
