His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has approved a housing benefits package worth Dhs6.75 billion that will benefit 4,356 Emirati citizens throughout the emirate, per the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is the ruler of Abu Dhabi.
The approved housing benefits package includes Dhs5.08 billion in housing loans for 3,172 citizens, Dhs1.585 billion in land grants and ready-built homes for 1,100 citizens, and more than Dhs94.8 million in exemptions from housing loan repayments for 84 senior citizens, low-income retirees, and beneficiaries of citizens who have passed away.
Ahead of Eid Al Fitr, the first housing package of 2025 is being distributed, demonstrating the leadership’s continued dedication to all-encompassing development. It will improve the wellbeing of Emirati families and guarantee their social stability and happiness in a setting that fulfils their goals, promotes their involvement, and enables them to contribute to the development of the country.
“We express our profound gratitude and appreciation to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed and Sheikh Khaled for their unwavering generous directives, care, and dedication to providing citizens with the highest standards of living,” stated Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority’s Board of Directors.
