A common proverb states that “morning shows the day,” and it applies to each and every morning of our lives. We end up with a productive, joyful, and healthful day when we intentionally begin each morning and gradually plan the day. Our morning routine sets us up for the rest of the day by influencing how we handle stress and tensions and begin the day. It’s critical that we never rush through the morning and instead take our time to mentally and physically prepare for the day.

How can one practise breathing mindfully?

Locate a cosy area within the home. If at all possible, it’s recommended to do it in close proximity to nature. Choose a spot on the terrace or in a garden, then take a comfortable seat. Simply breathe while rolling your shoulders back to maintain a straight spine. Feel every molecule of oxygen entering your body and focus on positive ideas. Consider your loved ones and the times you hold dear.

What makes mindful breathing beneficial?

Breathing mindfully helps us become more aware of our feelings and thoughts. It aids in putting anxious thoughts to rest. Additionally, it aids in nervous system relaxation. Practicing mindful breathing first thing in the morning prevents us from becoming sidetracked by unsettling thoughts and keeps us in the present.
